Summary

This study observes 1,200 patients in China with advanced, inoperable non-small cell lung cancer. It aims to understand how patients are actually treated in real-world clinics, what their survival outcomes are, and the financial costs they face. The study collects data from medical records and follows patients over time, but does not test any new treatments.
