Summary
This study aims to learn from people who have lived for over three years with advanced lung cancer after stopping standard chemotherapy. Researchers will follow 1,000 survivors to understand their health, quality of life, and social needs. The goal is to gather knowledge to improve future care for others with this serious illness.
