Summary
This study reviews medical records from 150 people with stage IIIA lung cancer who had chemotherapy before surgery. Researchers want to see if the amount of tumor killed by treatment predicts how long patients live without cancer coming back. No new treatments are given; the goal is to learn from past results to guide future care.
