Could extra local treatment extend life in advanced lung cancer?

Summary
This study looks at people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer whose tumors have spread. After initial standard therapy (chemo, immunotherapy, or targeted drugs), some will also get surgery or radiation on remaining tumors. The goal is to see if this extra local treatment helps them live longer without the cancer growing, while keeping quality of life similar. About 128 adults will take part.
