New scan could tell doctors if cancer drug is working sooner
NCT ID NCT07151898
Summary
This study is testing whether a special type of PET/CT scan can predict how well a new targeted drug works for advanced lung cancer. Researchers will give the scan to 50 patients before and during their treatment to see if early scan results match their long-term response. The goal is to find a better way to monitor treatment without invasive procedures.
