Blood tests reveal when lung cancer drugs stop working

NCT ID NCT07475637

Summary

This study looked at whether simple blood tests could help doctors monitor when lung cancer becomes resistant to certain medications. Researchers analyzed medical records and blood samples from 70 advanced lung cancer patients in Tunisia who were taking targeted drugs. They wanted to see if repeated blood testing could detect resistance earlier and help guide treatment decisions.
