Summary
This study is looking at whether adding surgery or radiation to the primary lung tumor can help people with advanced, EGFR-mutant lung cancer live longer without their cancer getting worse. It is for patients whose cancer has been controlled by a specific combination of drugs. The main goal is to see how long patients remain progression-free after this local treatment.
