Summary
This study tested several different immunotherapy combinations for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread. It involved 314 patients who were either newly diagnosed or whose cancer had progressed after previous treatment. The goal was to find which combinations best control the cancer while managing side effects, offering more options when standard treatments fail.
