Summary

This study is comparing two drugs, repotrectinib and crizotinib, for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic marker called ROS1. The main goal is to see which drug is better at delaying cancer growth and is safer for patients. It is for people who have not yet received a certain type of targeted cancer drug.
