Summary

This study tested an experimental drug called DS-1062a for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that had specific genetic changes. The 137 participants had already tried targeted therapies and chemotherapy that stopped working for them. Researchers measured how well the drug shrank tumors and how long the benefits lasted while monitoring side effects.
