New hope for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer patients

Summary
This study is testing a new targeted drug called ifinatamab deruxtecan for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has worsened after previous treatments. The trial aims to find the best dose and see how well the drug shrinks tumors and controls the cancer. About 187 participants who have already received at least one prior cancer therapy will receive the experimental drug every three weeks.
