Summary
This study is testing whether two different drug treatments can safely shrink lung tumors before surgery. It is for adults with a specific type of operable non-small cell lung cancer who have not had prior cancer treatment. The goal is to see if shrinking the tumor first leads to better surgical outcomes and reduces the chance of the cancer coming back.
