Summary
This study aimed to see if a new drug called BAT3306 works similarly to the established drug Keytruda, when both are given with standard chemotherapy. It was for adults with advanced, non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer who had not received prior treatment. The main goal was to compare how well the two drug combinations controlled the cancer and to check their safety.
