New copycat cancer drug faces final test against blockbuster original

Summary

This study is testing if a new, potentially more affordable version of the cancer drug Keytruda (called SB27) works just as well for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. About 555 participants will receive either the new drug or the original, along with standard chemotherapy, to see if they are equally effective. The main goal is to confirm that SB27 controls the cancer in the same way as the established treatment.
