New drug duo targets tough lung cancer mutation

Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of a new two-drug combination (ABSK043 plus glecirasib) for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C. It will enroll up to 86 adults who have either been previously treated or are newly diagnosed. The main goals are to find the best dose and see how well the combination controls the cancer.
