New hope for lung cancer patients after standard treatments stop working

Summary
This study is testing a new combination of two drugs, ZG005 and gecacitinib, for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose cancer has grown despite previous immunotherapy. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the combination shows early signs of shrinking tumors. It will enroll about 50 adults to gather this initial information.
