Three-Pronged attack on lung cancer halted early
NCT ID NCT04619433
Summary
This study tested whether adding two newer drugs (an immunotherapy and a targeted therapy) to standard chemotherapy could better control advanced non-squamous lung cancer. It involved 48 adults with this specific cancer type who had not yet received chemotherapy for their advanced disease. The goal was to see if this combination could slow cancer growth and extend life compared to chemotherapy alone.
