Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (amivantamab, lazertinib, and pemetrexed) as a first treatment for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called an EGFR mutation. The goal is to see if this combo can keep the cancer from growing for at least 18 months. About 54 people who have not had treatment for their advanced cancer will take part.
