NCT ID NCT07393555

First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests two drugs, alone or together, for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has specific gene changes (like EGFR or ALK) and has come back after prior treatment. The drugs are sacituzumab govitecan, which delivers a toxin directly to cancer cells, and ivonescimab, which boosts the immune system and blocks tumor blood vessel growth. The goal is to see if the combination works better than either drug alone at shrinking tumors and delaying cancer growth.
