Summary

This study aims to find the best way to diagnose lung cancer that has spread to the lymph nodes in the chest. Researchers are comparing a standard needle biopsy method against a newer technique that uses freezing to collect tissue samples. They want to see which method is more accurate at identifying the cancer and which is safer for patients.
