First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding two immune-boosting drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) to standard chemotherapy can shrink tumors in people with stage III lung cancer that cannot be surgically removed. About 33 adults aged 18–75 who have not had prior treatment for their cancer will receive the combination. The goal is to see how well the treatment works and what side effects occur.
