Summary

This study compares a new biosimilar version of the cancer drug pembrolizumab (Keytruda) to the original drug in adults with untreated metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Participants receive either the new biosimilar or the established drug, both combined with chemotherapy, to see if they work equally well. The trial aims to provide a potentially more affordable treatment option while maintaining the same effectiveness and safety.
