Summary

This study tests if a lung transplant followed by a bone marrow transplant can help people with end-stage lung disease (like pulmonary fibrosis or COPD) who also have bone marrow failure. The goal is to first fix the lungs, then restore healthy blood cell production. The trial is for 8 adults aged 18-60 and is currently recruiting.
