First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether doing lumbar stability exercises at home through telerehabilitation works as well as doing them in a clinic for reducing back pain, disability, and excessive lower-back curve in postpartum women. About 38 women who are 6 weeks to 12 months after giving birth and have mild-to-moderate back pain will be randomly assigned to either on-site or remote exercise sessions for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if telerehabilitation can be a convenient and effective option for new mothers.
