Summary

This study will test whether adding upper back or hip mobility exercises to core strengthening better reduces pain and improves movement in people with lumbar spondylosis (a type of arthritis in the lower spine). Sixty adults aged 40-60 with chronic low back pain will be assigned to one of two exercise groups. The goal is to find which approach works best for easing symptoms and improving daily function.
