Summary

This study tests whether adding a gentle spinal stretch (mechanical traction) to a hands-on therapy (spinal mobilization with leg movement) helps people with leg pain from a slipped disc. 32 adults aged 20-50 with recent symptoms will receive either the combined treatment or the hands-on therapy alone, plus standard physical therapy. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves daily function over 4 weeks.
