Summary

This study compares two common treatments for pain caused by a slipped disc in the lower back: a nerve block and a steroid injection. Researchers will follow 80 patients who have already received one of these treatments to see which provides better pain relief and improves daily function over 12 weeks. The goal is to find which method works best for easing pain without surgery.
