Summary
This early-stage trial tests a drug called Lu AG22515 in 20 adults with moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease, an autoimmune condition that causes eye swelling and bulging. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces bulging over 24 weeks. Researchers will also measure how the drug moves through the body.
