Summary

This study is testing a new drug called LTP001 for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a serious condition that affects blood flow from the heart to the lungs. The trial has two parts: first testing safety in healthy volunteers, then testing if the drug helps people with PAH by measuring how far they can walk and how hard their hearts are working. Researchers want to see if LTP001 is safe and can improve symptoms and physical ability for people living with this condition.
