Summary

This study tests a new drug called LTP001 for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition where high blood pressure in the lungs makes it hard to breathe. First, healthy volunteers will check the drug's safety. Then, people with PAH will see if it lowers lung pressure and improves symptoms. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
