Summary

This study tested whether a drug based on LSD (called MM120) could help reduce symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder. About 200 adults with significant anxiety received one of four different doses or a placebo (inactive substance) to see which worked best. Researchers measured changes in anxiety, depression, sleep, and daily function over 12 weeks to find the most effective and safe dose.
