Summary
This study tested a new type of heart procedure called pulsed field ablation in 20 people with long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation (AFib). The goal was to see if it could stop abnormal heart rhythms from coming back. Participants had areas of the heart that trigger AFib carefully treated. The approach aims to control the condition without needing lifelong medication.
