New hope for controlling devastating childhood epilepsies
NCT ID NCT05626634
Summary
This study tested the long-term safety of an add-on epilepsy drug called LP352 for people with severe, hard-to-treat epilepsies like Dravet and Lennox-Gastaut syndromes. It followed 41 participants for up to a year to see if the drug was safe to take continuously and if it helped reduce their seizures. The main goal was to check for side effects, while also measuring changes in seizure frequency and mood.
