Summary
This early-phase trial tests an experimental oral drug called LP-168 in adults with B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow the cancer. About 200 participants will take the drug daily, and researchers will monitor side effects and cancer response.
