Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called LP-005 for people with kidney diseases caused by an overactive part of the immune system called the complement system. The drug is given as an injection in addition to standard treatment. Researchers will measure if it reduces protein in the urine, improves kidney function, and is safe for the 46 participants.
