New injection shows promise for kidney disease patients

This study tests an investigational drug called LP-005 in 46 adults with complement-mediated kidney disease, a condition where the immune system attacks the kidneys. Participants receive the injection alongside their standard care. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce protein in urine, improve kidney function, or delay the need for dialysis.
