New injection tested for stubborn sinus polyps

Summary
This study is testing an investigational injection called LP-003 for people with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps that haven't responded well to standard treatments. About 150 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the real injection or a placebo (dummy treatment) to see if LP-003 safely reduces polyp size and congestion over 24 weeks. The goal is to control the disease and improve quality of life for those struggling with this persistent condition.
