NCT ID NCT06046391
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tested a new drug called LP-003 in 180 adults with moderate to severe seasonal allergies that were not well controlled by standard treatments like antihistamines or nasal sprays. LP-003 is a lab-made antibody that blocks IgE, a key driver of allergic reactions, and is designed to work better and last longer than existing options. Participants received either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks, and researchers tracked their daily nasal symptoms to see if LP-003 could provide better relief.
