Summary
This study is for people with a specific intermediate-stage nasopharyngeal (upper throat) cancer that has responded well to initial drug treatment. It compares a lower dose of radiation to the standard dose, both given alongside immunotherapy. The goal is to see if the lower dose can control the cancer just as well while causing fewer side effects and improving quality of life.
