Summary
This study is testing whether a shorter course of lower-dose radiation after robotic surgery is safe for people with HPV-related throat cancer. About 104 participants will receive this de-intensified treatment to see if it controls the cancer while reducing side effects. The goal is to maintain effectiveness while making recovery easier.
