Summary
This study is for people with blood cancers who need a stem cell transplant from a donor. It tests if a lower dose of the drug cyclophosphamide, given right after the transplant, can prevent graft-versus-host disease (a common complication) while causing fewer side effects. Participants will receive the lower dose along with other medications and be followed for up to 5 years.
