Summary
This study is for adults aged 18-85 with blood cancers that haven't responded well to standard treatments. It tests whether a lower dose of the drug cyclophosphamide, given after a bone marrow transplant, can reduce side effects while still preventing graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), a common complication where donor cells attack the body. Participants will receive chemotherapy, radiation, and the lower-dose drug, and will be monitored for up to 5 years.
