First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at two muscle relaxation techniques—autogenic inhibition and reciprocal inhibition—in 72 adults aged 25 to 50 with lower cross syndrome, a condition causing chronic lower back pain and muscle imbalances. Participants will have their back and hip movement, pain, and disability measured over the study period. The goal is to see which technique better improves movement and reduces pain.
