Could lower pressure during surgery mean less pain after?

NCT ID NCT07221487

Summary

This study aims to find out if using lower abdominal pressure during gynecologic laparoscopic surgery leads to less pain after the operation. Researchers will compare two pressure levels—low (8 mmHg) and standard (15 mmHg)—in 190 women undergoing common gynecologic procedures. Participants will report their pain levels at specific times after surgery to see which pressure setting provides better comfort during recovery.
