Summary

This study is a registry that collects information from multiple hospitals in Italy about people with a specific type of severe aortic stenosis (low flow, low gradient) who undergo a procedure called TAVR to replace their heart valve. Researchers will follow about 1,350 participants for up to 5 years to track complications, hospitalizations, and survival. The goal is to better understand who benefits most from TAVR and how to improve care.
