This study tests whether a pre-packaged low-residue diet (Maifu Changqing®) helps people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) prepare for colonoscopy more comfortably and effectively. About 500 adults with IBD will be enrolled across multiple hospitals in China. The goal is to see if this special diet improves bowel cleanliness and patient satisfaction during the prep process.
