Summary

This study aimed to understand what happens when smokers switch to cigarettes with very little nicotine, while also having access to e-cigarettes with different nicotine strengths. Researchers observed 213 daily and occasional smokers to see how this combination affected their cravings, mood, and overall smoking habits. The goal was to gather information that could help shape future policies or approaches to reduce smoking harm.
