Summary
This study tested whether a lighter exercise method using blood flow restriction cuffs can reduce low back pain as well as traditional heavy lifting in 64 male athletes aged 18-24. Participants did supervised core and back exercises for several weeks. Researchers measured pain, disability, and strength to see if the low-load method offers similar benefits with less strain on the spine.
