Summary
This study tested a gentle light treatment (low-level light therapy) to prevent dry eyes after Femto-LASIK eye surgery. 61 adults received either the real light treatment or a fake one before and after surgery. Those who got the real treatment had more stable tears and fewer dry eye symptoms, with no side effects.
