Summary

This study looked at whether adding short, low-intensity exercises and alternating between sitting and standing at work could improve health and reduce neck, shoulder, and arm discomfort in 58 female office workers who sit at computers for over 6 hours a day. Participants followed these routines for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if these simple changes could ease pain and boost physical function without needing special equipment.
